Born and raised in Tamaki Makaurau, Phillip, his wife, and their two sons have long called Auckland home.

New to the industry with a Level 5, NZ Certificate in Financial Services – specialising in Life, Disability & Health Insurance, Phillip joins Lee and the team at Quantum Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland).

With a deep appreciation for his families’ Māori and Pacific heritage and faith, Phillip is dedicated to making a positive impact in this world by putting his values into action.  Every qualification achieved, every job held, and every business owned over the past ten years has been about service.  About giving back.  Helping people is part of his DNA.  With a long history of charity work and community service, Phillip walks his talk, a former league club board member, currently sitting on the primary school board, and as board chair of a non-profit childcare centre. 

Experienced in problem-solving, Phillip values and respects the kind of customer-focused service that’s needed to make being self-employed possible. He understands the value of small business to the NZ economy and teaches the importance of “paying yourself first” so you can increase your ability to give back.  

Together Phillip & his wife are working hard to build their financial security, with goals to build a property portfolio over the coming years.  Phillip understands the sacrifice needed to make this happen, explaining: 

“Financial wellbeing, even trying to imagine what that might look like for some kiwis, can seem impossible at times, but if you’re willing to take on challenges and do hard things, you can achieve your goals and do great things!  The sky’s the limit – you just might need to cut out the takeaways, ditch that poor budget, and invest in protecting the future you’re working so hard to build”.
