Build your whairawa & row your own waka
Quantum Aotearoa’s vision is to help Māori increase our financial literacy. We want to make sure that you and your whanau have the kind of support that gives you access to the tools you need to make more informed and educated decisions, when it comes to your financial growth and risk options.
Our mission is to continue to build whanaungatanga (relationships) based on the oranga (wellbeing), whakamarumaru (protection), and hauora (health) of Māori Pacifica, and immigrants across Aotearoa.
Let us show you how to row your own waka and build your whairawa (prosperity) today

Meet the team

Lee Campbell – Financial Adviser
As Director of Tukotahi Advisers Ltd, Lee sees himself as an educator and bridge-builder. His ability to quickly connect and build relationships of trust begain in 2011 in Henderson, Auckland, as a member of the NZ Police Force. Lee’s experience in the frontline taught him about the realities of living in NZ today. So how does a successful frontline police officer evolve into a Financial Adviser specialising in Risk, Mortgage & KiwiSaver?
“The reality is, many kiwi’s are doing it tough. Life’s knocks hit harder when your path has less hope, and fewer options. I’m not a salesperson. I’m a people-person. And I want to see my people thrive! Showing my whanau & community how they can make simple financial decisions that will provide security, opens the door to so many options for them”
For expert financial advice for individuals, whanau, and Māori-owned businesses, Lee’s here to make sure you have everything in place to ensure you meet your goals and dreams head-on.

Kirsty Campbell – Risk Whānaungatanga
For more than six years, softly spoken Kirsty has dedicated her time and talents as a Teacher Assistant, working with children with special needs and speech impediments. Kirsty saw her role as “giving each of them an extra layer of love and support so they can achieve their goals and dreams”.
Now as the second half of Tukotahi Advisers Ltd. Kirsty brings a valuable range of skills to support Lee’s advice. From relationship and trust building, to patience and exceptional communication skills, Kirsty will make your customer experience a breeze.
Kirsty and Lee have been married for two decades and counitng, buying their first home that long ago with finance from Quantum! Together they’re raising young adults and changing lives and mindsets along the way.
Kirsty’s here to make sure Lee has everything in place to make the magic happen for your and your whanau!

Lahaina Moeke – Financial Adviser
Joining the Quantum Aoteāroa team in mid 2024, Lahaina brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her to her role as a Financial Adviser-Mortgage Specialist. Born in raised in Tokoroa, moving to Hamilton for her high school & university years, Lahaina spends most of her time between Kirikiriroa and Tairāwhiti nowadays, with a plan to focus servicing Huntly to Tokoroa. Together with husband TK, they’re raising 4 beautiful children, and wearing multiple hats as players, coaches, managers & referees, on and off the courts and fields!
Lahaina has long understood that money makes the world go round. Holding degrees and diplomas in Business Analysis-Financial, Accounting, and Adult Education, she’s fluent in budgeting, financial analysis & planning, debt-consolidation and problem-solving. Currently, Lahaina’s also fulfilling her passion to help educate Māori and Pasifika communities in her role as a Progressive Homeownership Adviser at Te Runanga O Kirikiriroa, where she regularly holds Homeownership Workshops. It's no wonder she’s taken that final step in gaining her Level 5 qualification in Residential Property Lending, because like Quantum, she wants to make sure access to homeownership is a reality for every kiwi.
She explains, “Bad financial habits come with a lack of financial education. We all need to upskill ourselves around financial literacy and pass on good financial habits to our next generation. I want to support kiwis with their financial aspirations, especially Māori and Pasifika. I want to be that person who reminds them that they’re able to achieve financial goals if they’re willing to put in the work with me!”.

Anthony Taylor - Financial Adviser
Joining the Quantum Aoteāroa team in 2025, Anthony’s time as an Insurance Sales Consultant with IAG has prepared him well for his new role as a qualified, expert Financial Adviser. Completing his New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services, specialising in Life, Disability and Health Insurance (Level 5) in 2024, Anthony is ready to help you with your financial journey. Whether it’s planning for your future, protecting what matters to you, or just getting things on track so you can make more informed financial decisions.
Born and raised in Samoa, moving to Auckland at 15, Anthony speaks both Samoa and English. With a plan to focus on meeting his clients in-person across the Bay of Plenty area, he will always be available on-line New Zealand-wide. Anthony is devoted to his young family and to their goals of homeownership and financial security, showing the same level of determination, discipline and motivation that he used throughout his ten years as a former Olympic weightlifter.
Anthony lives by the mantra, “Live within your means, but plan beyond them!”, believing that making smart choices with what you already will help you actively build the future you really want.
"I believe that financial advice should be easy to access and understand, so people can make better decisions and feel confident about their future. It costs nothing to have these conversations, and you won’t pay me a sent for helping you improve your financial situation. Let’s catch-up so I can explain how we can make things happen for you and yours”.
